Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customer order management by phone and email and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Service. A successful candidate will have an enthusiastic entrepreneurial work ethic. This person will work closely with Sales, Shipping and Accounts Receivable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Frontline order support for customers by email and phone
  • Prepare quotes for customers and field sales teams
  • Process incoming orders in MS Dynamics (order management)
  • Troubleshoot, document, and resolve customer issues in CRM
  • Maintain accuracy of CRM and ERP customer master data
  • Focus on providing customers with timely, accurate, personalized support
  • All other duties as assigned or necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience (Biotech preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail and process-oriented
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to help customers
  • Works effectively on own and in teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related subject
